You pay upfront, but your money stays with Sporeboard until the creator delivers — the creator only gets paid after delivery is confirmed. Changed your mind? Either party can request cancellation. If the other side agrees, the brand is fully refunded.
You have 3–7 days after the creator submits proof to confirm or dispute (7 days for your first deal, 3 days for subsequent deals). After that window without a response, payment releases automatically. If the content wasn't delivered as agreed, file a dispute — auto-release is paused and Sporeboard reviews it.
